The release of opam-2.1-rc1 into the PPA has broken two things:
Removal of depexts
Increased memory usage
This means that the liquidsoap-playout-machine has stopped building correctly.
12 should resolve the first of these
We've worked around the increased memory usage by switching to a t3.small EC2 instance for now, which is annoying. (It may be better to build an AMI rather than userdata if we only need the memory during installation)
