Ts add lfq vignette #42

Addresses one more of the vignettes in #15, this time LFQ, with some minimal QC, basic normalisation and the summarising to protein-level abundance, plus two extended sections comparing recommended summarisation to MaxLFQ (very similar) and alternative normalisation against reference 'housekeeping' proteins.

Just one last commit to resolve some R CMD check notes. Then happy for merge!
