Adds a function to take multiple lfq runs and make a consensus pep->master protein (get_parsimony_pep2prot) plus associated internal functions.

Do not merge until #5 has been resolved!!- Note that branch in #5 has been merged into this branch...

@csdaw - Please note that the parse_features function was previously not correctly removing cRAP proteins. See 8cc31a0
