Just a tiny change:

I replaced the document example for the creation of an automatic parser in the Jupyter Notebook so that the example runs without errors.

Thank you for your contributions, I've had a quick look and things are looking good, but before I delve in further I was wondering if you could clarify what the newly annotated_publications are for?

Thanks for the reply. I have removed the annotations. They were not supposed to be part of this pull request. I am using them as a mini validation set for some work I am doing and will upload them soon with the corresponding work. Sorry for that.
