Edited entries disappear #101

When I edit an entry, e.g. any entry in https://nena.ames.cam.ac.uk/dialects/49/grammar

and save it, the entry disappears on the screen. I can only see it by going back to the home page and navigating back to the feature in the particular dialect.

Thanks for the clear report and link - it helped me replicate and I have pushed a fix to production.
