User should be able to switch more easily between sections and add larger chunks of data copypasted from a spreadsheet. Use case is entering large sections of data for a single dialect which are already fairly well grouped. User shouldn't have to keep navigating back to the grammar tree to find a new section; open it; click bulk edit. Allow user editing 4.0. to jump forward and backwards to edit 3.0. or 5.0. in a single click.
