Maps need updating #129

Dear James, The error message about the outdated 'base tiles' still appears on the maps on the NENA home. Are you able to update these? thanks, Geoffrey See image

Thanks for flagging this issue, Geoffrey. James, do I understand correctly that the Stamen layers are now no longer available as open source map tiles and you need to pay for an account at their new host called Stadia Maps (https://maps.stamen.com/stadia-partnership/)?
