Provide a quick method to set "does not contain this feature" for many dialects at once #90

Currently each dialect would need to be edited in turn just to say that it doesn't have a particular feature which is laborious. Provide a faster method to update a set of dialects with this state.

There's a draft version of this functionality on staging currently: https://nena-staging.ames.cam.ac.uk/grammar/features/5?is_unknown=true

This table of entries by dialect for a single feature has been refined to show three versions: dialects 'with', 'without' and 'unknown'

Thanks, James. The three versions are very helpful, well done. Seems to be working fine. The selected dialects will join the "without" version, i.e. "false" values. Yes, implementing select-all and select-range checkbox controls would be a welcome addition. This kind of function could possibly also work for quickly converting "English values" to "choose-from-list" values. I.e. English entries that are not explanatory notes/comments on Aramaic data but represent values from a choose-from-list values (e.g. /grammar/feature/38). What do you think?

Another thing is, can comments currently be added to "false" values?

Thanks, James!
