Build broken #8

Hello,

I just grabbed the latest version of the code and ran a "mvn clean install" and the build is broken. Maybe not everything is compatible with Camel 2.13?

I just checked in a bunch of fixes. Tests have indeed been breaking, but intermittently. Have hopefully addressed all of these now. Version bumped to 2.13.1. Give the latest cut a go and let me know what tests fail - or just push a patch :)
