Freshing up the BlurKit project so it's easily usable and refreshed to matched CameraKit branding/etc.

[x] Include CameraKit mention near bottom "Project is a sister project to CameraKit [link]' etc

[x] Update README Header to be the same resolution with same padding as CameraKit's
[x] Add status badges from Code Climate and Slack Join button
