the config_validation function will fail on checking for discord token even if discord enabled is set to false.

Thanks for that I will check it out! I didn't actually try with discord off because it was an after-addition for the purpose of distributing the data

PR #5 Should fix this issue, it was a dumb mistake, I checked it the Config option was a boolean but never checked if it was True...
