So basically like a hopper minecart, but it transfers maybe at most 5 buckets of any liquid. It should also be able to interact with cauldrons, so you could basically automate lava production and potion production. Something more difficult to code would be a loading/unloading station, where you could put either buckets or potions in to transfer and the minecart would automatically stop when empty and restart when full
