Or, a much better approach I think is to just make a popup, it doesn't have to be anything fancy, javascript or html idc and I dont think the assessor will either.
Also, ensure that fields filled in bold actually prevent confirming if they are empty, I don't know if that is possible on html so prepare for some java script.
