Create a reporting page for Users, Talks, Glues and Plugins #123

Users: Count of table user Talks: Count of table talk Glues: Parse table daemon Plugins: Erm... something else :) Perhaps add an entry to daemon per plugin which has an action

I assume this should only be viewable by admins or workers?

Also, could this fall under the remit of #10?

I don't think it matters. The data is the sort of thing that it might even be interesting to have on the main screens :)

I missed the comment about #10. Yes, that's probably quite sensible.
