Smarty waits 'til end of slot to render the "Empty" block #152

Before I accept this one in, I want to see what it renders like - it seems like a sensible patch, but I just want to vet it first.

It would appear that the Empty talk block appears before any talks listed in Limbo. Consider this bug unfixed until I can rectify that :)
