Statement id not migrated to IAtomic ID property #27

In release 2.0, we did not include a migration to transfer data from the Statement id property to the new IAtomic ID property. New statements work as expected, but Statements created with versions of MetaR prior to 1.9 won't show a statement ID in the trace (during execution), and plot names are null. We urgently need a migration.

This is fixed in the upcoming 2.0.1 release.
