Trouble with web installer #391

Hi,

I wonder if you can give me any tips on installing CampaignChain CE. I've installed the latest dev-master release according to the guide at https://github.com/CampaignChain/campaignchain

The only difference is that I could not get the default php server to communicate with the outside world via port 8000, so I placed the campaignchain directory within my server's document root, so it is served via apache2.

Everything goes smoothly up until the point at which I need to continue installing via the web browser. The server environment is configured correctly, however when I click "install" it redirects to the path "/install", but there is nothing there. 404.

Please advise.

Is this project still active?

Please install dev-master instead. Let me know how it goes.

I installed both the latest beta and dev-master releases and encountered the same issue.

391 is the Same issue as #395 and #389
