House prices - 17 #19

Key Question: Do house prices correlate to vote share in wards in local elections?

Theory The model we have developed for London found that Lab vote share is higher where house prices are higher this could be because price increases reflected in higher rents, or because Labour is doing better with better paid university educated voters? We need to look at the rest of the country to see if this is borne out?

Key Data:

Task To expand the model that has already been built to outside of London. Also if we move up a level to local authorities there is more available data available that is related to housing more generally which can be found here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1s5zWhdXi0-YBUMkK2Le3cfENBsfc29vOnFhnfn8N6dU/edit#gid=0
