An initial upload of population estimates and electoral data, yet to be combined into the proper schema (as that is still under discussion)

An initial upload of population estimates and electoral data, yet to be combined into the proper schema (as that is still under discussion)

Just to say, this is probably not the best thing to add in as is (and I've still not totally on top of git as a process) but I think there are a few things going on here

  1. I've done some work on population estimates and electoral data that we should include
  2. We need to work out how the new combination of data actually works
