Add a feature to allow a tournament to be setup with teams, and a betting market with fake money.
Betting players can choose how much of their fake money to place on each team before the betting is closed, for each match (whole tournament as well?)
Once betting is closed, players will be able to see their potential returns from betting.
After the match is complete, admins can tell the bot who won, and players will get the winnings from betting.
