I created a new company (LMVJ) and then went to the suppliers page to search for Campbell Nash and add it as a supplier. The system found Campbell Nash and it presented a link to add this as a supplier. When the link was pressed the system did not seem to do anything and then said the system has successfully added the supplier (after perhaps 15 seconds). However it has now added 2 entries to the supplier table both of which are LMVJ (not Campbell Nash). Effectively this has now added itself twice onto the system.
