Move all Resource files into the Project's Resources #197

I need to migrate all images/sounds/music/save files/dbs/everything that is a resource to the Project's Resources. Having the folders in the debug location simply doesnt work when trying to build an installer as the system wont recognize these files as part of the project.

This is going to need a lot of investigation and trial and error for figure out how to get the files into the project. This is going to remain in the backlog until I can dedicate time on it.
