Deck Builder menu: Implement "Sorting" for Storage card #70

Design a way to sort and possibly filter the cards in the storage box to find cards easily.

Include filter by Card Type, Monster Type, Monster Lv, Dice Lv, Attribute.

Sort by the same fields above.

This has been implemented as part of the rework of the Deck Building Menu. Storage filtering and sorting is now implemented.
