initial setup and fixed an error in uploadSchools/index.js #12

So I had to reinstall npm which added/updated/deleted a bunch of stuff from the package.json, package-lock.json and some css file. Also I had do download loadash which changed some files. I did fix that error in uploadSchools/index.js

@alsansone If you remove the changes to MYSETUP.md I'll merge this fix in
