Papers page design fix

Talked to a designer friend and he recommended these changes:

• [x] No justified title in the card
• [x] Make boxes smaller
• [x] Smaller font both for title and author names
• [x] Bigger spacing between sections
• [x] Reduce margin-bottom like so:

Maybe we'll need a different type of card? Or some card parameter like "small_card=True"? What do you think? @fedetask

Maybe a different type of card is better. There are quite some changes to be done

Maybe the paper title should not be an html title with the green bold letters. It doesnt make sense that everything is in focus.
