修正 你/妳 閒/閑，移除5行格式錯誤項 #14

  1. 妳 => 你
  2. 閑 => 閒。 OpenCC 用「閒」 https://github.com/BYVoid/OpenCC/blob/f0853de69e0b2359b3a6cc28ae1c796e5e66f6d2/data/dictionary/STCharacters.txt#L2335
  3. word.csv有 5 行單字項，粵拼後邊帶咗空格，格式錯誤，刪除。（本身喺char.csv已經有呢5項）
