Ingest should support converting a single .tsv matrix containing expression values with cols/rows as features/samples. Currently a directory of raw data ( single .tsv per sample) is passed so that metadata can be collected and converted along with it.
Initial parsing of a full .tsv expression matrix will be limited in metadata.
