What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply going to the panel at https://www.domainname.com:8181/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Admin control panel is expected. Instead, I see:
===
Remote access is denied.

Make sure https is used if you want to access Google Sitemap Generator from
remote IP. You can go to help center for how to enable https.

If you are on local machine, make sure you are not using proxy.
====

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20091231, x64 on CENTOS 5.5 x86_64

Please provide any additional information below.
The documentation now says that you do not need SSL installed, yet it complains
about SSL. Just to give it a try, I installed SSL but that did nothing to
change the problem.

From documentation
(http://googlesitemapgenerator.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/gsg-configuration.ht
ml)

To use a command, use one of the following:
Windows: SitemapService.exe remote_admin enable
Linux: /usr/local/google-sitemap-generator/bin/sitemap-daemon remote_admin
enable

If you were a woman, I would kiss you! :)

I never got past the requirement for SSL. Someone should re-writing the manual
and add this to the install procedure.

Thanks!
