GSG will not generate URLs for ASP.Net MVC site #217

We have an asp.net MVC site with SEO-Friendly routes defined.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed per instructions
2. configured per instructions
3. GSG will not generate ANY urls.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
need to see urls for all the MVC routes defined.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
We need GSG to scan all the MVC and aliased routed URLs.
Need a way to exclude folders in file scan
URL scan doesn't seem to be capturing incoming requests.  Browsed site for 20 
minutes, with no entries in captured URLs.
