Change to OOP workflow #1

This is the summary of the bigger picture the project will go.

Support more platform to run and make them one-click to go
migrate the workflow to OOP style
Add error catch and useful prints out
This change should add support for multiprocessing/pipelining for later development (e.g. for large data pipelining)
future support for GUI

TODOs:

[x] Integrate OOP style with unpipelined test against multiple input.
[x] Change detection workflow from one-by-one to one pass to have a uniform shape.
[ ] Test OOP style with Colab env to see if exceeds RAM.
[x] #2
[ ] Add variable garbage collection to save RAM for pipeline purposes.
[ ] Migrate to pipelined version.
