GUI backbone

[x] Map pipeline.run() to another thread to avoid freezing GUI
[ ] Return Status from each section to gain QC in advance
[x] Add QC support for tif files: For selected slice, keep temp copy in PNG format and display them
[x] Add input sanitizer
[ ] Add support for auto-scale window size and related internal sizes

Reopen this because not yet completed. Based on progress and customer feedback, I will develop further upon it.
