Add typeStatus as a filter #13

Should be simple enough, was verbally asked a few weeks ago, and GBIF now offers it on their portal. But...we should verify that we in fact have types in the db.

We have over 2100+ records in the raw occurrence table with data in typeStatus. However, there is all manner of content in those cells and this means we either need to create or use an existing dictionary of type designations for a useful filter.

Example: ICZN_TYPES = ['holotype','paratype','paralectotype','neotype','lectotype','syntype'] ICN_TYPES = ['holotype','paratype','lectotype','neotype','epitype','isotype','syntype','isosyntype']
