Use GeoTools library to support more coordinate system conversions.

Example of UTM coordinates : NAD83, 18T, 609785E, 5039256N Could we find a EPSG code from a string like that?

We will not try to automatically find the EPSG code, this is too risky.

Done as optional component of the narwhal-processor.
