Edited VertNet norms document is ready for publication.

This appears to be in error. Should be to VertNet:master, not Canadensys.

No problem. However, there were some useful bits buried in there. Mind if I cherry-pick in your closed request? I'll see if I can strip project-specific text in here as well such that others can make better use of the prose.
