typos in authorities of synonyoms #2092

What data are incorrect or missing? Huperzia chinensis (H. Christ) Czernajew Urostachys miyoshiana (Makino) Nessel

What data are you expecting instead? Huperzia chinensis (Christ) Czernajew Urostachys miyoshiana (Makino) Herter ex Nessel

If applicable, please provide an authoritative source. Tropicos, IPNI authors; IPNI doesn't list the 1st name and has only Nessel for the 2nd, but other databases have Herter ex Nessel

I am removing Huperzia chinensis, which appears to be recognized as a good sp. in Fl of China. Though I sometimes doubt FOC taxonomy, in this case I would prefer to remove since I do not have a source for it being a syn of miyoshiana

ex issue: many authors are wrong when they assign ex authorship, including TROPICOS. Majority does not make right here. I will have to ask Kanchi, particularly as there is a conflict with the FNA entry
