What is the URL of the page where the problem occurs? http://data.canadensys.net/vascan/taxon/2551?lang=en

What data are incorrect or missing? Carum carvi is reported from NWT. Here are the notes from the NWT Infobase: "Muskeg Demonstration Forest on June 30, 2011. Location is 60 17.043 N 123 20.733 W entrance to Muskeg Demonstration Forest. Size is 0.1 ha."

What data are you expecting instead? add NWT

@manions Marilyn: can you tell me in what herbarium the documenting specimen is deposited? I need a source to add the species to NWT Luc

This species is in the NWT Infobase with the following information: at entrance to the Muskeg Demonstration Forest, 60 17.043N, 123 20.733W, June 30, 2011. I haven't found that a specimen has been deposited in any herbaria. We might have to leave it off the list then?

From what source did the NWT infobase get it? an ecological report ? with or without vouchers ? deposited where ? I find that most CDCs and related outfits do not document their additions very well, at least on their public databases
