What is the URL of the page where the problem occurs? http://data.canadensys.net/vascan/taxon/9069

What data are incorrect or missing? Salix arctica var. pallasii (Andersson) Kurtz

What data are you expecting instead? Salix arctica var. pallasii Kurtz

If applicable, please provide an authoritative source. See notes under Tropicos; Andersson's name is illegitimate, so cannot be used as the basionym.
The same rule cited by John McNeill applies here (note my emphasis of the word legitimate):

John McNeill: The relevant article of the Code is Article 49:

49.1.　　When a genus or a taxon of lower rank is altered in rank but retains its name or the final epithet in its name, the author of the earlier, name- or epithet-bringing LEGITIMATE name (the author of the basionym) must be cited in parentheses, followed by the name of the author who effected the alteration (the author of the new name).
