Migrate COG visualization code to use respective deployment environment #128

Currently the code to visualize and tile COG is pointing to a single 'demo' endpoint. To make it ready for production we need to:

[x] Migrate app.geo.ca code to use tiler-{env}.api.geo.ca endpoint
[x] Resolve compatibility issues. E.g. missing or changed API responses from the new version of titiler
[x] Delete temporary/old tiler lambda function from dev
