Metadata record is not correct #200

@bo-lu @jvanulde @sean-eagles @JennyWilsonSewell Good morning, As discussed in our last meeting, the metadata record for FluWatchers is incorrect. It has NRCan as the source and organization when it should be Public Health. Only the "metadata contact" information is stored in geocore and therefore displayed on geo.ca. We can change it manually but it will be overwritten if there is a reharvest of the metadata

I would say 95% of the time the "metadata contact" and the "data contact" are the same or within the same department, which is why we only display one of the contact info.

Would this be something where we could get Chris to update the harvester? He was the one who coded it originally right?
