Science Theme : The Canadian Radiological Monitoring Network map server is broken #238

The map server for The Canadian Radiological Monitoring Network map located here: https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server_serveur/rest/services/HC/airborne_radioactivity_chart_en/MapServer appears to be broken and is currently returning the following message "Could not access any server machines. Please contact your system administrator."

I've updated the json config files for these maps to use this server: https://maps-cartes.services.geo.ca/server_serveur/rest/services/HC/airborne_radioactivity_en/MapServer
