FHIMP - Phase 2 Wireframes and Mockups Report - Link to publicly available data #321

For the Conservation Leader user journey, in which the user was trying to access the publicly available data for the Flood Map Inventory dataset, a proposed improvement is the have the public data available directly from the map as a link that appears when hovering over the public data.
