FHIMP - Phase 2 User Journeys report - easier access to public links for other offsite data #337

In a user journey for a Conservation Leader, in the Details panel of the map there is a public link to the data, he selects this which takes him to the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority:

[ ] provide easier access to public links for offsite data, front and center, while clicking on the footprint or in hover option.
