(c) King watermark on map in french everywhere. #352

The watermark of the map is in french in the english version.

Looks to be the case in all the english pages.

The copyright text that is showing up on the map is pulled from the basemap that is being displayed. The full copyright text is bilingual "© Sa Majesté le Roi du chef du Canada, représenté par le ministre de Ressources naturelles Canada - © His Majesty the King in Right of Canada, as represented by the Minister of Natural Resources Canada" but gets cutoff in the viewer.

While it is odd to see this on the English pages this may not be something we can change. I've reached out to some coworkers for additional direction and will follow up when I hear back.

Unfortunately since RAMP is no longer in development this is not something that will be changed. However, this should be resolved once we make the switch to Geoview.
