From Phase 2 UX Analysis report:

suggestion to make room for FSI definition on the Flood Map and Dataset Gallery page.
links in paragraphs on FSI page direct to technical information a basic user would not be able to understand.
add legend outside of map that is always visible with more information on what 0-100 means
