1. Move MapML card from the Select Tools and Products section on the EN and FR pages to the Initiatives section on the Initiatives page. Update the breadcrumb. https://geo.ca/initiatives/ https://geo.ca/fr/initiatives-fr/

3. Remove the CGDI card from the Initiatives section on the EN and FR pages https://geo.ca/initiatives/ https://geo.ca/fr/initiatives-fr/
4. Create a card for CHN (Canadian Hydrospatial Network) under the Select Tools and Products section on the Initiatives page in EN and FR. Use the same text and thumbnail from the CHN card currently on the GeoBase page under the All Data section. https://geo.ca/initiatives/ https://geo.ca/fr/initiatives-fr/

@Andrea-Merry I wanted to confirm that I saw this issue as well as #421 and #422. I am currently locked out of my NRCan network account so I haven't been able to get these changes completed on dev. I'll be away until Nov. 27th so hopefully my access is restored by then and I can complete these when I return. Thanks for your patience.
