User Story

AS a map creator, I would like to leverage the geocore api to apply default configuration when a layer is added by UUID

Implementation UI

When we have a geocore uuid layer type

Call geocore api to get the RCS info to create snippet (url, layer type and layer ids)
Check geocore if there is additional geoview config parameter (need discussion with @bo-lu on how we do this)
Apply to the new config the default values
Process this new config (get config from metadata, apply default, load)

e.g. we can provide a source snippet config in geocore to overwrite default alias, This way all user of thelayer from uuid will have the fix

We can have a test service with the WMS from OSDP or the FHIMP (we would need to reorder, change name, hide some fields)
