[BUG] View button looks different from other buttons #2312

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

View button in disabled mode looks different from other buttons.

Expected Behavior

View button disabled should look like other buttons.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. From the main page, click on Default Configurations.
  2. Click on Layers tab
  3. Notice the disabled view button
