Use the `settings` API for managing settings #3

Since version 1.78, ComputerCraft has had a settings API for manipulating settings. This would be much cleaner than having a /settings.lua file in the root, and it would make using the remote for multiple tasks much simpler.

The original client already used the ComputerCraft's settings API. Using the same names might be an good idea!
