Describe the bug Cannot Play a remote example with Codec=FLAC A Close/Open is needed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start the Demo Example
Select Codec=FLAC
Select Media=RemoteExampleFile

Logs!!!!

No traces shown

Fixed in 9.3.8.
