PropertiesFile isnt accessible in CanaryLib #92

You have to include CanaryMod to access the PropertiesFile

is this intended?

PropertiesFile is a class that is apart of VIUtils, if you intend to use this class and are not using maven, you will need the shaded artifact of CanaryLib
